EXCHANGE POLICY

All items are available for exchange or store credit within 10 days from the date you received your order (excluding items on sale or discounted).
If you are exchanging for an item of the same value, Zacob Sportiv will send the exchange item/s one we have received your return items.
If you want to exchange for store credit, a coupon code will be issued via email once we have received your return items.

STORE CREDIT (COUPON) POLICY

Store credit can be applied when making a transaction via a coupon code. Store credit last for 6 months after the date it has been issued.

REFUND POLICY

In the rare case an item is damaged or faulty Zacob Sportiv will issue a full refund to the card associated with the account.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

In order to return the following requirements must be met:
• Item/s must be in original condition with hang tags, sizing/logo labels and hygiene seal remaining in place.
• Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
• Items MUST be sent back in the original packaging including the box in order to keep them safe.
• Returns form must be filled out and sent back in package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Zacob Sportiv reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.

RETURN COSTS

Customers will need to cover costs associated with shipping item/s back to Zacob Sportiv for return. We do not cover these costs nor do we reimburse them. Customer can send item’s back in original Zacob Sportiv mail bag if it is in workable condition or purchase their own from post office.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

To organise a return of an item, please fill in the return form that is enclosed within your package and follow the instructions on how to send the package back. If you have lost the return form please email us at info@zacobsportiv.com to be issued another one. Once we have received the item/s along with your return form we will let you know via email if your return has been confirmed. This will include information on if your request is available for exchange due to sizes/colours available or you will be issued your store credit coupon number. Zacob Sportiv cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHERE TO SEND EXCHANGES?

Address location to send return packages is provided on the return form enclosed within your package. Please get in touch in regards to returns at info@zacobsportiv.com for this information if you do not have a returns form. ITEMS SENT TO US WITHOUT RETURNS FORM WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND SENT BACK TO SENDER.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

Once we receive your return item/s we will try and process your request as soon as possible. It may take 1-3 days to send out exchange item or store credit. Once item is sent out, you will be provided with a tracking number which will give you an indication of how long the package will take to get to you and its whereabouts.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MORE THAN ONE ITEM?

All swimsuits from Zacob Sportiv are sold as individuals not as sets. Therefore when wanting to exchange or apply for store credit please state clearly which items you want to exchange/return on the returns form. You can return multiple swimwear in the one package (as long as they all fit comfortable and safely in the Zacob Sportiv packaging provided).

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect swimsuit please contact us at info@zacobsportiv.com. We do not foresee this ever happening, but in the rare case it may your item/s will be refunded or exchanged. Zacob Sportiv will reimburse shipping costs associated with returning faulty items to the customer and credit card associated with order. NOTE: If the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all sanitary pads and swing tags, sizing/logo tags attached.
